Ministry of Investment to Host Public Information Session on Non-Revenue Water Reduction PPP Project –South Amman
Amman – The Ministry of Investment announces that it will host a public information session on the Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction PPP Project for the South of Amman, a strategic initiative to be implemented under a public-private partnership / performance-based contract (PPP/PBC) framework.
The session will provide an overview of the project’s main components, including the structured reduction of non-revenue water across 17 distribution zones in Amman’s southern and south-eastern network, serving approximately 1.4 million inhabitants.
It will also outline the project’s strategic objectives, technical and operational approach, the proposed PPP/PBC structure and investment framework, as well as the project roadmap and upcoming procurement milestones.
The Ministry calls on stakeholders, investors and industry professionals to take part in the session, scheduled to be held virtually on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 2 PM until 4PM (Amman time).
The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to enhance water sector efficiency, protect scarce water resources, and strengthen private sector participation in the Kingdom’s development priorities.
